As a comprehensive manufacturer of plastic extruders, PLA GIKEN develops devices tailored to diverse needs. In this exhibition, we will showcase a variety of medical extrusion technologies through tube samples that demonstrate our expertise in special extrusion techniques.
Especially, we have established a new manufacturing method for catheter/endoscope, by developing special extrusion heads that enable gradient tubing. Including these molds, we will show our revolutinal systems which enable to persue both quality and production efficiency – such as integrated catheter molding system, automated line for guidewire, and braider-mounted devises.
In addition, we will be offering technical consultations on plastic extrusion throughout the exhibition.
