Pla-Giken will exhibit at “Medtec Japan 2023”, an industry exhibition, to be held from April 19 to 21, 2023.
In our booth, we will exhibit sample products made with our latest technology, “hybrid head” and “mixing head”.
The “mixing head” gives seamless hardness change to the outer layer in catheter, by mixing hard and soft resin in continuously varying ratio. In addition to the hardness changing function, “hybrid head” is capable of adding a “soft tip” to the catheter shaft. Therefore, the “hybrid head” is a revolutionary technology integrates complex processes into one extrusion line.
We will also show our flagship extrusion line, “MD-XCT”, which can work with the extrusion heads above.
