We will present our revolutionary extrusion head, the \u201cMixing head\u201d, designed to streamline the production of multi-flex tubes for catheters\/ endoscopes.
\nOur proprietary molding technology enables direct resin coating on the core wires while mixing two materials, eliminating the need for lamination processes. It not only reduces manual assembly labor and process complexity, but also is a \u201cPFAS-free\u201d solution that does not use heat-shrink tubes.<\/p>\n
We offer an inline braider and mandrel loader, and other upstream\/ downstream equipments, complete lines tailored to customer needs which can incorporate.
